Personality: When Promise was born, her grandfather was halfway around the world gallivanting through some forests and other gallivant-y things with his best friend, Asgard. By the time she met him, she was five, and it was too late. Having already experienced the wrenching heartache that came with watching one of his daughters produce foal after foal, with no steady mate and not a care in the world, he was determined not to let her advance any further in her mother's footsteps--especially since she had already thrown several foals of her own. So he stepped in and she returned with him. Due to Gold's highly protective and downright aggressive nature when strange stallions get too close, she has not returned to her mother's ways of prancing off with any stallion who might cross her path. She is a sweet girl at heart, and truly only seeks to be accepted and loved, something she had never received until Gold showed up to take her home. However she's slow to trust him and rebels frequently against his strict rules (all of which center around keeping her away from other stallions). With a quick temper and a biting tongue, she's not one to intentionally piss off unless you're quite a bit bigger than her. She is gradually learning that she can be happy without constantly having to be with someone. Because it's so hard for her to say no, she is usually never seen without Heartbreaker or Adianna, both of whom have no problem telling off a young stallion only looking for a quick roll in the hay. If any problems arise that they cannot handle, Gold or Mystere are always available to handle it. Getting close to her takes heaps of time and patience. Once she considers you a friend, though, she is fiercely loyal and would kick anyone in the face for you.

I love this girl so much. She breaks my heart, but I love her. Binary luckily saved me with a gorgeous redesign, too. I've been itching to get her uploaded but the Nordie group has been a bit slow as we know I actually sent her and SoSo in together, but I had made a derp with her design and had to redo it. xD So now she's finally here. Her name is a bit of a twist on "Broken Promise" (we can thank Italian for that). So now that all my breedings are finally wrapped up and everyone is just pending registration, I can start developing storylines a bit more. She has several breedings open (see above) because of the story I'm writing for her--which practically wrote itself!--but once they are gone, that's it and the rest are mine and not open to negotiations. So. Take note of the peafowls she's related to before offering as she IS related to her Grandsire Fool's Gold.
