Introducing...the Angler mutation! Based off of the deep-sea fish ([link] ) this is one of several new mutations coming your way! Well, it's more based off the glowing light the angler sports, less so the many many teeth.

A little about this mutation...

- It sits on top of most mutations, including peafowl.
- It goes on top of white markings, never underneath (including dominant white.)
- It is covered by "strong mutation whites" like Atlanticus. It is also covered by butterfly. If you were to cross angler with cemphora, the glowing lights will only show in the base coat areas.
- Lights are always linear--gentle curves are allowed, but they will never cross a horse diagonally.
- Lights may not be much smaller than the horses' eye, nor much bigger than their hooves. You also may not completely cover them in lights. They are not disco balls. Stop that.
- Lights may never be more than 2 colors. Gradients are allowed. No color restrictions.
- Lights are hard-edged, surrounded by glow. They are never soft blobs.
- This mutation DOES cause eye color alterations. No color restrictions.
- They will steal your cupcakes.
